1. Website Orders & Stock Confirmation All purchases initiated through the Liberty Aero Services website are subject to stock availability and final confirmation. Submitting an order, request, or inquiry through the website does not constitute a binding contract. No payment will be processed, and no payment link will be issued, until product availability, pricing, and delivery terms have been verified and confirmed by Liberty Aero Services.Liberty Aero Services reserves the right to cancel or modify any order prior to confirmation due to stock constraints, supplier changes, pricing adjustments, or regulatory requirements.
2. Pricing & Quotes All quotations are subject to prior sale and availability. Prices and delivery timelines are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer or supplier adjustments. Reasonable offers may be considered at the sole discretion of Liberty Aero Services.
3. Wire Transfer & Credit Card Fees All orders incur an additional USD $45 wire transfer fee or a 6% Credit Card fee per transaction.
4. Orders, Cancellations & Returns All confirmed orders are subject to a 15% cancellation fee and a 25% restocking fee, where applicable. Any cancellation or return request must be submitted in writing and must receive prior authorization from Liberty Aero Services. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Applicability of Terms All parts, products, and services supplied by Liberty Aero Services are governed by these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Export Compliance The supply of goods is subject to applicable export control laws and regulations of the United States, the European Union, and any other relevant jurisdiction. The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable import, export, end-use, and disposal regulations. Any use or disposal of goods contrary to applicable laws and regulations is strictly prohibited.
7. Shipping, Courier & Freight Forwarder Charges The customer is solely responsible for all invoices, fees, duties, taxes, storage charges, or other costs issued by their selected courier or freight forwarder.Liberty Aero Services will ship strictly in accordance with the customer’s provided instructions and assumes no responsibility for overdue charges, penalties, or service interruptions imposed by third-party couriers or freight forwarders.Any incoming invoices received by Liberty Aero Services related to the customer’s shipment will be re-invoiced to the customer. Timely payment is required to avoid service interruptions or delivery delays.
8. Limitation of Responsibility Liberty Aero Services shall not be held responsible for delays, additional costs, or losses arising from acts or omissions of manufacturers, suppliers, couriers, freight forwarders, customs authorities, or regulatory bodies beyond its reasonable control.
